Birmingham, 1 October 2025 – Geospatial Insight, a leader in risk and climate intelligence, today announced a planned leadership transition designed to support the company’s continued growth and strategic focus.
Dave Fox, who has successfully led the business as Chief Executive Officer since the incorporation of the Company in 2012, will be stepping back from day-to-day management of the business to take on the roles of Chairman and Sales Director. In this new capacity, Dave will focus on driving forward a number of major strategic initiatives, strengthening key relationships, and supporting business development.
Succeeding him as Chief Executive Officer is Paul Fearn, formerly Chief Technology Officer. With his extensive expertise in bringing innovative cloud-based risk and climate intelligence services to market, Paul will lead the Company into its next phase of innovation and growth, ensuring that Geospatial Insight continues to deliver exceptional value to its clients and partners.
